Job Summary

As Regency Management Services’ Human Resources Administrator, you will provide support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team through administrative services.  You will act as an intake specialist to triage and direct employee concerns for appropriate escalation.  You will support onboarding processes for all new associates, and act as an integral part of the overall team.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the corporate offices in Brandywine, MD.  Required work hours will be 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday. The below responsibilities are not all-encompassing, and other duties may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Triage employee concerns and escalate to appropriate team for resolution
  • Parter with Human Resources Leadership to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including building employee files, setting up orientations, and ensuring the completion of necessary documentation. Support the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Provide clerical support for Human Resources team including scheduling meetings and preparing documents
  • Provide support to the benefits team with new hire enrollment and annual open enrollment launches
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events, including organizing company activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of administrative or call center experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HR Software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
